Weekly review turns a week of noisy days into a small set of explanations you can verify and a plan you can execute next week.
Why weekly matters more than daily
Daily numbers are volatile. Weekly patterns are interpretable.
Weekly review is where you see whether targets were realistic, whether logging coverage was high enough to trust the conclusions, and whether weight trend and performance signals moved in the intended direction.
What weekly review produces
Weekly review produces two outputs.
First, it produces a diagnosis of what changed and what constraint failed most often. Second, it produces an adjustment proposal for the next week, which can include target shifts and structural changes such as meal timing and protein distribution.
If you want the plan to change, accept a single change at a time and verify it against the next one to two weeks of trend rather than stacking multiple changes at once.
