Coach Day Plan gives you a full-day meal direction before you log anything, so you can start the day with less guesswork and a clearer idea of what breakfast, lunch, and dinner could look like.

01What Coach Day Plan does
Coach Day Plan shows suggested dishes for the main meals of your day in one Today card. Fuel builds the plan from your calorie and macro targets, your diet preference, and your recent meal history.
This is useful when you want structure early, need ideas that fit your day, or want a simple starting point without building every meal from scratch.
02Where to find it
Coach Day Plan appears on Today.
When it is available, you will see a Coach day plan section with meal ideas grouped by meal, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
03How the meal ideas are organized
Fuel groups suggestions by meal so the day feels easier to follow. Each meal block can include more than one dish idea, giving you a few realistic choices instead of a single rigid answer.
Think of the plan as a flexible guide for the day. You can follow it closely, use one meal idea, or treat it as inspiration before logging your own meals.
04When it shows up
Coach Day Plan is designed for the start of the day, before your first food log.
If you do not see it right away, Fuel may still be preparing the meal ideas for the day.
05Coach Day Plan and next-meal coaching
Coach Day Plan helps you before you start logging. Next-meal coaching helps you after you log, using what you have already eaten to guide what comes next.
Use Coach Day Plan when you want early structure. Use next-meal coaching when you want to adjust the rest of the day based on the food already in your log.
