The dataset makes this harder than it should be. Only the generic salad-or-cooking record, fdcId 171413, carries an energy value. The two Foundation records on this page, extra virgin and extra light, report fat and a detailed fatty acid breakdown and carry no calorie figure at all. Every calorie claim on this page runs on the salad-or-cooking record alone. The two Foundation records earn their place here for what they do measure, which is fat.
